Cell 11 by William Wickman is about strange things happening to the inmates who occupy the dreaded Cell 11.
Plot 3/5: The plot has paranormal horror fodder.
Characters 3/5: The characters could have used a bit more depth.
World building 3/5: Familiar setting.
Pacing 3/5: This tale has a fairly steady pace except the writing hindered the pace. (See below.)
Writing 2/5: This story definitely needs editing. This tale has great potential, but was executed very poorly.
